Rappan Athuk Reloaded

The Granddaddy of All Dungeons!

The granddaddy of all dungeons returns! From the lair of Zelkor to the lair of Orcus, intrepid adventurers have crawled these halls for decades. Treasures and monsters abound, but can you find your way out again? Lost in the red mists, you wonder. The Bloodways await.

Kill them all, Orcus will recognize his own!

Rappan Athuk Reloaded™ contains the entirety of the original Rappan Athuk™ series, along with many new levels and a massive wilderness expansion, all updated for the revised rules. Not just a rework, this expanded version contains tons of new material, detailing 36 dungeon levels and dozens of wilderness areas.

* Endless adventure in the most challenging dungeon ever devised.
* The most difficult puzzles, traps, riddles, and quests to solve.
* Years of adventure for your characters.

Contains three books:

Book 1: The Dungeon of Graves - 232 pages of dungeon crawling
Book 2: Servants, Slaves, and Food - 96 pages of monsters and NPCs
Book 3: Pathways to Damnation - 56 pages of maps.

Tomb of Abysthor

Detailing the sprawling Stoneheart Dungeon, this adventure takes you deep beneath the mountains into the ruined shrines and burial catacombs of the gods, Thyr and Muir. It includes appendices covering new monsters, spells, and magic items.

This module is set in The Lost Lands but can be easily added to any fantasy campaign.

A Revised Third Edition (3.5) adventure for four to six player characters of levels 2-8

Demons and Devils

The End of A Quest?

There it lay, the fabled Holy Sword of Karith, within the onyx altar just as the legends told. As you step over the corpses of the final guardian creatures, you shift your shield to your back. Your thoughts turn toward your triumphant return with this wondrous item of legend. But as your hand reaches for the hilt, the wizard screams. Turning, you see a gathering of blackness containing a monstrous winged figure that is blacker still. Your nostrils fill with the sulfurous vapors of the Abyss, and you hear its booming voice, freezing you where you stand: "FOOL! Did you believe I would let this be so EASY?"

Wicked Hiding Places

Need a difficult hiding place for that holy sword your paladin is questing for? Then Demons and Devils is for you! Demons and Devils is the first module in our "Lair" series, a set of modules containing short adventures useable in one or two game sessions for the overworked Dungeon Master who doesn't need a full-scale dungeon. Published under the D20 system, Demons and Devils contains three short, difficult dungeons: The Sorcerer's Citadel, "Ra's Evil Grin", and The Pit of Despair. Each of these is a perfect hiding place for items a party may be questing for. And in the fine Necromancer Games tradition, each of these short dungeons centers around a demon or devil which guards that item. We've made the dungeon; you decide what you want to hide there. Now sit back and watch your players try to get it!

A Third Edition collection of three adventures for a party of levels 9 and up.

Crucible of Freya

Shadows and Light

The trees part before you, revealing the crumbling walls of the ruined keep. Only hours ago, you set off after the marauding orc band responsible for the destruction of the temple of Freya and the theft of its sacred crucible. But something else waits for you within the ruined walls — something darker and far more sinister, something that has hidden from the light for ages.

A Hero's Quest

The first in a series of D20 adventures by Necromancer Games, The Crucible of Freya is a challenging introductory adventure for any fantasy campaign. Detailing the village of Fairhill, the surrounding wilderness, and a nearby ruined keep, as well as the dungeon levels beneath, this adventure module provides all the material a DM needs to start his or her new Third Edition campaign. Will your characters learn what dark forces are behind the orc raids?

A Third Edition adventure for four to six characters of levels 1–2

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
