This has potential, but I feel that the 6 aptitude scores feel... too weak.

Guaranteed, I know why the creator has done that, but I feel that the 6 scores would at the very least be platable if there are 2 or 3 free points to spend.

Nevertheless, this is an interesting game wiht great flexibility and freedom. Good job!

Thank you so much for the review. My intention was to make beginning characters be mediocre or have significant strengths offset by weaknesses. I find that solo roleplaying plays better with a fair bit of failure. Admittedly, though, I think I went a bit overboard. Definitely something I will have to test and potentially update. Thank you for sharing your feeeback!

For the past few days, I have soloed my way through Skitter Shot (2018) and Skitter Crash (2019) (Starfinder). They are fun, connected, free RPG Day items. They are designed for a Dungeon Master and several players. You are playing skittermanders which encounter a messed up ship (think cruise ship) and then get stranded on a dangerous planet (see attached image). The system that I used to solo this, and play it, is SpaceDoc6 (free/pay what you want at DriveThruRPG). It is a full solo RPG condensed into a 12 page PDF. You generate a character by determining 6 Aptitude Scores. A variety of Tables and Keyword Generators will decide where your journey takes you, who you encounter, and what obstacles you face. This is a rules light RPG that only requires one d6 to play. But, I used the two modules for the adventures. I also used the four characters that are included. My characters did encounter space pirates in the first adventure. My crew managed to damage their ship and the pirates took off to hide and repair their ship. In the second adventure, the space pirates are back for revenge. On the planet, the messed up quantum reality spanner leads them to an environmental hazard. Soon after this, they encounter a scientist grappling with a gator in the water. My skittermander took a shot attempting to kill the gator. Instead, he shoots the scientist in the head. Oops! They hide the body and then try to find civilization. It took some time, conversations, battles, and quick thinking, but they did manage to get back into space. Give it a try!
