The other Arms & Equipment Guide (same thing, different entry) had a review complaining about how pages were missing or out of order. I don't know if this one is the fixed version, or if both have been fixed now, but all the pages appear to be there, and I didn't see any out of order. Of course, I haven't looked at every single page yet.
The scan quality seems pretty good, although I don't print these out so I'm not sure if there's problems reproducing the book on paper. However, these pages take longer to resolve in Adobe Reader than other TSR pdf's I've gotten, which I suspect may be from an increase in the scan resolution.
The bookmarks are the bare minimum, with about four links, one to each of the major sections. While this could be a lot better, some of the TSR pdf's have no bookmarks so it could be worse.

LIKED: Good descriptions of the arms & equipment, including some interesting stuff like how often the armor should be replaced. The pictures were informative and I liked the art (especially the full page art).

DISLIKED: Some of the pictures are of obvious things (hoods?), and some of the obscure things did not have pictures that would have helped. Also, the bookmarks could be better.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Satisfied
