If not the best order/region book, I would certainly put this at the very top of the line. Terra Verde was only published as a PDF back in 2001. It gives a good setting for transhumanist and biopunk adventures. Does contain quite a lot of metaplot.
Very good book, great new ideas, it really fleshed out the Norca, and added great twists on Biotech. I reccommend this for any trinity fans left out there.
