This whole thing is basically stock art + name + backstory.

There are 3 or 4 different art sources. The Andres Canals stuff really stands out. A bunch of them look like Cosplayers with a photoshop brush applied The copy is reasonable, though the layout is a little jarring

All in all, the deck is a reasonable "well of ideas" and at $4 it's pretty useful.

I highly recommend these, I improvise a ton in my games, which leaves my NPCs a little lackluster, plus these cards have good visuals for me to show my players. I recommend it, but I'd definitely pick up the physical cards, they're high quality.

I pre-ordered this through Kickstarter. The artwork was a bit of a let down, but the overall usefulness of the cards for NPC ideas is quite good.
